Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. While all sales are final and we do not accept returns, we want to hear from you if you are not happy with your purchase. If you received a delivery confirmation but did not receive your product, please email us within 48 hours from the delivery date.

If you receive damaged product in the mail, such as a leaky or broken bottle, we apologize. Please email us at email@example.com, with a photo of your damaged product, and we will send out a replacement product to you immediately. A replacement product will typically ship within 48 hours of receiving your email.
- How can I check on my order status?
You will receive a confirmation email after you place an order. When the order ships, we will send you another shipment notification email including tracking details. If you do not receive this shipping confirmation within two business days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
