Do you accept returns?: Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. While all sales are final and we do not accept returns, we want to hear from you if you are not happy with your purchase. If you have received a damaged or incorrect order, please email us at orders@ingoodconsciencecare.com within five (5) days from the date you received your order. If you received a delivery confirmation but did not receive your product, please email us within 48 hours from the delivery date.
How quickly do you ship products?: We ship in 1-2 business days.
How much does shipping cost?: We offer standard shipping rates based on order weight class. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

What is your policy for damaged products?: If you receive damaged product in the mail, such as a leaky or broken bottle, we apologize. Please email us at orders@ingoodconsciencecare.com, with a photo of your damaged product, and we will send out a replacement product to you immediately. A replacement product will typically ship within 48 hours of receiving your email.
