Shipping & Returns

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. While all sales are final and we do not accept returns, we want to hear from you if you are not happy with your purchase. If you have received a damaged or incorrect order, please email us at orders@ingoodconsciencecare.com within five (5) days from the date you received your order. If you received a delivery confirmation but did not receive your product, please email us within 48 hours from the delivery date.

We ship in 1-2 business days.

We offer standard shipping rates based on order weight class. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Our products ship within the United States. 

If you receive damaged product in the mail, such as a leaky or broken bottle, we apologize. Please email us at orders@ingoodconsciencecare.com, with a photo of your damaged product, and we will send out a replacement product to you immediately. A replacement product will typically ship within 48 hours of receiving your email.

You will receive a confirmation email after you place an order. When the order ships, we will send you another shipment notification email including tracking details.  If you do not receive this shipping confirmation within two business days, please email us at orders@ingoodconsciencecare.com.
